Actress Aditi Rao Hydari, last seen onscreen in Mani Ratnam’s Tamil romantic drama Kaatru Veliyidai, wants to be part of a biopic on legendary singer M.S Subbulakshmi, she revealed in a Twitter chat.
Interacting with her fans via a Twitter chat, Aditi said she would love to part of biopics on M.S Subbulakshmi and Maharani Gayatri Devi.
When asked about her dream role, she said it’s that of a “warrior princess”, referring to Ang Lee’s critically-acclaimed martial arts film “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon“.
Aditi said she wants to work with Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, on being asked which actor she would like to team up with.

On working with Mani Ratnam, she said he is her favorite director. “I’d jump off a cliff for Mani sir (after I’ve done a few more films with him),” she said.
Currently busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmavati“, she said her role in the film will be a “magical secret”.
Industry grapevine is that she is all set to reunite with Mani Ratnam for another yet-untitled Tamil film.
Aditi Rao Hydari will share the screens with Sanjay Dutt for the first time in Bhoomi which is directed by Omung Kumar and is slated for a September. The actress will play a role of Sanjay Dutt’s daughter in the film. When she was asked about the same, she said, “I never expected that I would get to work with Sanjay Dutt. You don’t always get a father-daughter story so it was a surprise, but when I got this opportunity, it felt like getting a gift. He is an effortlessly natural actor. And to be playing a daughter to him is amazing. He is also very protective and generous.”
Later she will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited film Padmavati. The film is set to hit theaters on 17th November and it also stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor.
